Production 

No one’s really sure why concentration comes from older vines, but here it is in evidence. 

Tasting Note

Intense richness and bright acidity. Driven by orange peel marmalade and saffron aromatics.

Food Recommendations

Foie Gras and a clear conscience.  Also wonderful with fruit based desserts and blue cheese.
