Domaine du Joncas " Le Canyon Bio", Terrasses du Larzac

Grape varieties : 45% Syrah, 45% Grenache, 10% Carignan

Origin : Nèbla, meaning mist in Occitan, as this wine comes from the magnificent foothills of the Larzac.

Vinification : Vinified without sulphites, it has a traditional vinification with a long maceration. A low level of sulphites are added after the malolactic fermentation or before bottling

Soil : From alluvial gravel

Colour : Pretty ruby red colour with dark and deep reflections.

Nose :Hints of scrubland, crisp black fruits and peppercorns.

Palate : A distinctive, fresh fruity and spicy wine. Nicely mouth-filling.

Recommendations : Ideal with red meats, grilled meat or game
