Tasing Note :

Very deep crimson robe, brilliant with violet tinges. Fruity-spicy nose, complex, with aromas of blackberry jam and vanilla. Fleshy mouth, balanced and persistent with notes of cherry jam and coffee.

Red meat, game, strong cheeses.
