Champagne Pol Roger Brut Reserve - the Royal family's and Sir Winston Churchill's favourite grand marque Champagne house

Sancerre Les Fondettes 2022 - fabulous Loire white which is aromatic and has some minerality and length.  Very food friendly

Rully, Les Crays, Roland Sounit 2019 - classic white Burgundy from a very under-rated appellation.  Ideal with smoked salmon

Hautes Cotes de Nuits, Domaine St Saturnin 2021 - a mid-weight, well-made red Burgundy. Ideal with turkey  

Château Castelbruck Cuvee Bruyeres, Margaux 2020, Bordeaux - an approachable red Bordeaux from an excellent left bank property

Barros 1996 Port - a wonderfully rich and intense port which is a fabulous way to round off a meal!
