Crémant de Bordeaux – Appellation d’Origine Protégée Brut White

Grape varieties :

80% Merlot, 20% Sémillon

Vinification :

The grapes are manually harvested in small boxes, pressed and settled. The vinification follows the traditional method: first the juice is fermented at a low temperature to preserve the freshness of the wine. Then when the wine is bottle, the second fermentation begins and lasts 11 months. This step transforms the wine to a sparkling wine 

Colour :

Beautiful golden yellow body with very fine and persistent bubbles.

Nose :

Expressive nose of yellow fruit and brioche.

Palate :

Fresh and balanced palate.

To be enjoyed on its own or with dessert
